Hi I’m Anna, and I created Owl & Rose out of a passion for creativity and event planning. When lockdown prevented us from celebrating birthdays, anniversaries etc like we normally would I started getting creative with my own party themes and decor for just our household as a fun way to celebrate and make these days more special. And the obsession has continued!

We are a small, family-run business, located in Warwickshire, with a growing collection of event backdrops for hire, as well as creating bespoke balloon decor.
