How do I book?

  • Complete the enquiry form via the Owl & Rose Contact page on the website (make sure you include the dates/ times/ venue as well as what you’d like to book)
  • I’ll get back to you with my availability and to talk through what you want to give you a cost
  • When you’re ready to book I will ask you for a £80 deposit top secure your date, which will be deducted from your final invoice

How much do you charge?

For backdrop hire you can find my basic hire rates on the product pages. This is based on a standard one-day hire of a backdrop within a 15 mile radius of Stratford-upon-avon. There may be a small additional charge if you live further afield (see Terms & Conditions page).

For balloon decor my basic rate is £12 per foot, so for example a 7 ft garland would be £84. The setup and delivery fee is then 20% of the overall cost.

As all my balloon installations are bespoke, however, they need to be costed individually based on materials and location, so please get in touch and I will come back to you with a quote.

What is included in the cost?

If you are hiring a backdrop or signage the cost will include the equipment hire, setup and dismantling

If you are booking balloon decor then all the balloons and setup fee will be included in the cost, as well as hiring of additional items like florals or neon.

I always try to keep costs to a minimum as much as possible and I’m happy to work with you to agree a cost and a service that works for your budget.

When do I pay?

To secure your date I ask you for an £80 deposit on the day you book. This also acts as a damages deposit for the backdrop hire (see Terms & Conditions page).

Final payment will be due 4 weeks before your event.

Can I move the date of my booking?

As long as you provide at least 2 weeks notice of a date change I’m happy to look at what products are available for you on your new date!

I’m also happy to be flexible with changes in venue; however may need to recalculate delivery costs if it’s a totally different location.

Can I setup of dismantle myself?

To avoid damage to the backdrops and injury to yourselves we ask that no one other than Owl & Rose employees attempt to setup, move or dismantle the backdrops. We install our products in a waythat will not pose a risk to public safetyand it’s so important we avoid any accidental injury or damage caused by any actions compromising the safety of our products during the hire period.
